Bob Fisher – Director & Partner

After working for a major supermarket chain for more than two decades, Bob took a new direction working as a Chauffeur for a company in South Cambridgeshire.  Realising that the service was missing in their local area, in 1994 Diane and Bob decided to set up their own company, based in Milton.

Bob oversees all aspects of driver and fleet management and there is no route he doesn’t know to the major airports!

Diane Fisher – Director & Partner

Diane has a strong background in administration management having worked in a large International company in the City of London for 10 years.  Her logical approach has ensured that Milton Executive Cars Limited brings you the most streamlined; effective, innovative and customer friendly systems in the business.

Diane takes the lead role in account and client management.  Travel bookers have a big task in arranging airport transfers in many of the companies we work with.  Diane does everything she can to make that job easier and ultimately, save your company money. As a professional in corporate travel Cambridgeshire, you can rest assured that she makes no sacrifices.

Claire Thompson – Business Manager

Claire joined Milton Executive Cars Limited in 2006.  After working in a customer service environment all her working life, Claire is dedicated to ensuring we offer all our companies the best.

While Claire is responsible for ensuring the successful running of all elements of the business, she engages and contributes to them which in turn strengthens the overall package.

Gabrielle Dilts – Marketing and Communications Representative

Gabrielle joined the Milton Executive Cars family in July 2016. Following on from her degree in Tourism and Business Management she brings a wealth of knowledge in all areas of marketing. Gabrielle has a modern, unique and exciting approach with the attitude of all is possible.

Gabrielle is responsible for managing the marketing process and arranging the organisations charity events. She also actively engages with the general office bookings to ensure she has a clear understanding of exactly what our clients want, to ensure we remain to offer the best service within the chauffeuring industry.

Kathryn Riches – Bookings and Scheduling Administrator

After joining our team in October 2016 due to increased demand, Kathryn has taken the lead on all bookings and scheduling.

Kathryn comes from a customer service background and is fantastic with our customers, she is looking forward to working with you all to ensure you receive the highest level of customer satisfaction, whilst booking in the simplest way, saving you time and money.

Kayleigh Whitehead – Team Administrator

Kayleigh joined the office in April 2016 and quickly became an asset to the organisation. Before leaving for sabbatical in October 2016, to do voluntary conservation work with animals in South Africa, she had became an attentive and efficient part of the team.

Missing the team, she returned in March 2017 with her excellent customer service experience (John Lewis 5 years) and strong organisational skills.
Kayleigh prides herself in enjoying making sure our clients have the best possible experience from start to finish.
